Beintehaa

Aapke Deedar se khil utha hai ye dil ka gulshan
Aankho ke jharokhon ki galiyan hui phir se Roshan
Bus is ek pal ke ehsaas se mile jab humko itna huma
Dil kare ye khwahish, ki ban jao aap hamre Rehnuma

Naa jaane kab hui humme is Ulfat ki Ibtidaa
Aur na jaane hum ki kya hoga aage ka Irtiqaa
Bas leke chale hain khwahishon ka Kaus-e-Qaza
Aur ek Dil jo karta hai aapse Ishq Beintehaa

Hai ye aapki koi Adaa, ya huyi hai hamse koi Khata
Jo rehte ho app humse yun hamesha Khafa Khafa
Ab tak to maan ke chala tha ise Us Khuda ki Razaa
Par wafa ke intezar main sabr bhi ho gayi hai beintehaa

Khamoshiyon main bhi hoti hai aapse Guftugoo
Bheed main bhi rehti hai aapse milne ki Justujoo
Samjha nahi aapne hamare muhabbat ko, di nahi tawajjo
Warna aaj bhi ye nadaan dil rakhta hai bas aap hi ki Arzoo.

Karna

             My Interpretation of what Karna might have had Going through his mind in his last Moments

O` Almighty Krishna, even at d risk of drawing your Wrath;
I dared to come with my "Vijaya" in Arjun`s Gandhiva`s Path,
I knew I stood no chance against Parth in d Battle Field;
for You were his Charioteer, Guide and Protection Shield,
But I fought with him not so much out of Anger or Hate,
as much to Prove my Loyalty and Meet my awaiting Fate.

O`Mother Kunti, I hold against you no Ire;
4 U only wanted what any mother would Desire,
Even after defeating every pandava except arjun in d field;
I spared them as promised, to temptations i did not yield,
Sadly there is no place for both Arjun`s Glory and Karna`s Fame,
I had to Perish, so that he Sparkled with a Brighter Flame.

O` revered Parshuram, My teacher with Insurmountable Might;
I realized whatever U taught me was for this very Fight,
Although Falling to Your Curse, I lost in today`s Strife
with ur Blessings, I gained Everlasting Glory in this very Life.

O` dear Draupadi, may Happiness 4m U never remain far;
even though U insulted me as d son of d puller of the battle-car,
I was the Embodiment of all the Qualities that U desired,
but due to your own folly U came into Shakuni`s Line of Fire;

O` dear Duryodhana, Forgive me for failing in my last Stand;
but it was a pleasure to have ur hand of friendship in my Hand,
Ignored by all, U were the one who spotted inside me the Burning Fire;
U recognized my ability and gave me respect by making me a king , a Sire.

O` revered Father, Deity of the Sun;
I am proud to be your Progeny, your Son,
although Unacknowledged by my own, and by Fate Undone
I have Proved worth my blood, Second to None.

Although I lived as a 'SutaPutra', O Kunti I die as ur Child;
Finally at the Right Place, after a life wandering in the Wild,
Even after being Virtuous, Pious and Kind in every Aspect,
My whole Life I longed for this Acceptability and Respect,
After all the Betrayals, now betraying me is my Fleeting Breath,
but with d Vision of Ur Divine form My Lord, I will die a Happy Death.

THE GOLDEN MEAN

                                                    THE GOLDEN MEAN

You only Experience Pleasure After Being Through Pain;
Only value Summer after having Seen the Rain,
Only Savour Victory after having been all Vain;
and Feel Normal only after having ever having been Insane.

You only appreciate a Crowd when all Alone;
Only realize d true value of Love when it is Gone,
We never value Peace till we haven`t felt being out of Breath;
and Never fully Appreciate Life, till we Understand Death.

Things in Life r never Dichotomies,but Resolute;
always lying between Nothing and d Absolute,
To neither of the Extremes should One ever Lean;
but 4 Happiness,find a middle path, d Golden Mean.
